Mass Additions Create program running from AP followed steps in the
sequence explained here:

*1.**) *Picks up all AP invoice distribution lines and verifies the line
has been attempted by earlier process or not. Conditions to pickup data
from invoice distributions are:

Condition Number 1 : ASSETS_ADDITION_FLAG should be "N"
Condition Number 2 : ASSETS_TRACKING_FLAG should be "Y"
Condition Number 3 : Invoice should be validated

Distributions lines are filtered with above conditions

*2.) * After above filteration, program verifies the NATURAL ACCOUNT in
invoice distribution code combination is matching with account codes
defined in FA BOOKS definition for Cost Clearing. If matching, the line
will be transferred to FA

*3.) *If not matching, program looks in to tagged
RCV_TRANSACTION_ID(material receipt) & PO_DISTRIBUTION_ID. If available,
verifies the NATURAL ACCOUNT in PO Distributions matching with account
codes defined in FA BOOKS definition for Cost Clearing. If matching,
transfer distribution line along with invoice information and PO
distribution account code combination

*4.) *Updates ASSETS_ADDITION_FLAG in invoice distributions as "U" if any
of above conditions satisfied, update with "Y" if conditions matched and
transferred to FA module

Hope you may clear with this and helps you
