Solution: Fix the Specific issue by correcting Chart of Account Structure Setup and Run again Deployment . Note:  In Oracle Fusion Flex field Compilation there at Chart of Account Instance Level on Accounting flex field  i.e  While Deployment , Oracle Fusion will now allow you  to compile   Chart of Account  structure if one of the Chart of Account doesn't have valid setup.
